We strive to ship orders are soon as possible, however we do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order. This address is noted in the email sent to the customer upon ordering and is also available in the account order history. We are not responsible for delays or loss stemming from shipments sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. For international orders, you are also responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, VAT, duties due upon receipt.
We strongly encourage using a trackable shipping method (UPS or USPS Priority Mail). Untrackable shipping is at your own risk and there is no way to retrieve or locate the package once it has been sent.. Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.
We can only accept returns of unopened kits and products, within 14 days of receipt (28 days from shipment for international orders). Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. All returns are credited as store credit upon receipt. Please contact us before returning any package! We're reasonable people and we hope you are too.
